Hager 5300 Heavy Duty commercial surface door closer.
The Hager 5300 Series surface mount closer is a heavy duty grade 1 closer and is ideal for schools, hospitals, and other high-use environments. It features a one piece seamless steel spring tube, double heat treated steel tempered springs, and precision machined and heat treated steel piston. The 5300 is fully adjustable and includes back check, sweep, and latching speed controls standard.
The Hager 5300 Series door closers are non-handed, and tri-packed for regular, top jamb and parallel arm applications.
Package complete with fasteners for wood or metal doors and frames. Sex nuts and bolts are also furnished standard.
The 5300 is BHMA certified ANSI A156.4, is UL/cUL listed for up to 3 hours, complies with UL 10C for positive pressure, and UL10B for neutral pressure.
