This ANSI Grade 2 Classroom Deadbolt is made for mid-level use. The inside thumb turn only retracts the bolt while, from the outside, the bolt can be thrown or retracted by the use of a key. It is adjustable for 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" backsets. Good for doors 1-3/8" through 1-3/4" thick. Built tough, it has a metal dust box reinforcer with three 3" screws. Available in 5 finishes.
