This filler plate allows for the conversion from an 86 cut out (mortise lock) to two (2) 161 cut outs (standard tube latch and deadbolt latch).

Just remove the old Mortise Lock box. Screw the filler plate into the doors edge existing mortise lock holes. You can now install a standard latch and deadbolt latch.
