Deltana DSH4R5T, 4" x 4"x 5/8" Radius Single Action Spring Hinge
Direct fit replacement for THERMA-TRU doors. Packaged completed with One Single Action Spring Door Hinge, Allen Wrench, Adjusting Pin, Locking Pin plus #10 x 1" Wood Screws and #10-24 x 1/2" Machine Screws. Utilizes THERMA-TRU door zig-zag screw hole pattern. Available in 9 different finish colors.
The included Allen Wrench Tool is use to adjust spring tension.The Locking Pin holds the Spring in tension after it is set.
These adjustable tension spring hinges allow you to determine how much closing force you apply to the door (how hard/fast the door self closes).
